Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at info@lashbossinternational.com within 14 calendar days if the item you receive is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue to make it right for you.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of the products and the high standard we hold for our customers to provide sanitary and safe products, all items can not be returned or refunded. 


We do not offer refunds for any items sold. All products purchased at Lash Boss International are final sale.
